Men & Women Cross Country Championships 

RULES REG'S

Individual Race and Team Classification
Men: approx. 10 km  Women:, approx. 5 km  

Participation
Men’s Individual Event
Maximum six (6) competitors per country
Women’s Individual Event
Maximum five (5) competitors per country
Men’s Team Classification
The first four (4) finishers will participate in the team classification.
Women’s Team Classification
The first three (3) finishers will participate in the team classification.
  

Delegation
Each country may enter a maximum of nineteen (19) persons of whom fourteen (14) may be competitors and five (5) officials.   

Age Limit
The competitors must be born between January 1st, 1982 and December 31st, 1992.   

Academic Eligibility:

a) students who are currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at the university or similar institute whose status is recognised by the appropriate national academic authority of their country;

b) former students of the institutions mentioned in a) who have obtained their academic degree or diploma in the year preceding the event.

Quantitative Entries: 11/01/10 up to 11/02/10
Nominative Entries: 11/03/10
Prepayment Deposit date (25 %): 11.01.10
